Return and Refund Policy

Please make sure that you read and adhere to all of our return and refund policies:

We do not accept returns unless approved by management on everyday apparel.
If approved, item(s) must be returned and received within 7 days of approval and in the same condition as it was when purchased. Once items have been received and inspected, refund will be granted if approved.
In the event that a refund is not approved, customer will be issued store credit of equal value of purchase.
Please allow our customer care team 24 to 72 business hours to return all calls and/or inquiries, be it phone or email.
Refunds if granted may take up to 7 to 14 business days depending on the procedures of your institution.
Refunds if granted, will be refunded to original payment method.
Boodahz Bootique, does not offer nor do we issue refunds on any customized handmade orders.
All handmade orders will require $25.00 non-refundable deposit depending on the item to be made. Deposit will be deducted from total of order.
